Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Time Limits for Returns


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.


2. Condition of Returned Goods


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, original condition and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return unless defective. Please ensure that items are carefully repacked to avoid any damage during the return shipment.


3. Defective or Incorrect Products


If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement as per your preference. To expedite the process, please include a description of the issue and any relevant photos of the defect or incorrect item.


4. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@sheyler.com or call us at  +1 302 415 3121. Provide your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
     
  3. Shipping the Product Back: Package the product securely with its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
     

5. Refund Process


Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:


  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
     
  • For credit card refunds, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
     
  • If you paid via a different method (e.g., PayPal, gift card), the refund will be credited to the same account or method.
